MacArthur Drive PE 2200 BAKER <br /> 150 min for an alleged complaint. Alleged complaint was that Old River Golf Course SC 004 <br /> brought in loads of dirt for grading, soil contaminated, brought from bay area from <br /> old gas station properties. Property owner planning to bring in several mini homes <br /> and are starting construction on vacant strip of land that runs along golf course. <br /> Met with Juanita Huerta a code enforcement officer with SJC Community <br /> Development Department on site at 11:00 am. Multiple dump trucks of dirt were <br /> observed entering the property. Two separate properties were receiving deliveries <br /> of dirt. APN's 21302050 (Old River Golf Course-18201 S. MacArthur) &21302052 <br /> (owned by Rafael Gonzalez-18373 S. MacArthur). Juanita Huerta stopped <br /> several trucks to find out where the dirt was coming from. Most of them had no <br /> information. Ranjot Singh from Tej Trucking stated that the dirt was coming from <br /> Walnut Creek and his uncle owned Tej Trucking. Trucking companies delivering <br /> dirt observed on site were: <br /> -R. Sandhu Trucking <br /> -H. Gill Trucking <br /> -HSN Trucking <br /> -Tej Trucking <br /> -Paul Transport(CA238642) <br /> -Jodha Bros Trucking(CA357106) <br /> -Jerry Trucking(CA210549) <br /> -Ally Trucking <br /> -Liberty Carriers INC (CA445930) <br /> -GS Trucking(CA516508) <br /> -Jimenez Trucking(CA452235) <br /> -Channa Trucking (CA317055) <br /> -Gold Trans INC (CA502025) <br /> Dirt observed on site (from the road) did not appear to have any debris in it. <br /> Spoke with Manuel Alfaro from Economy Trucking. He was working at the site <br /> leveling out the dirt. He said they have been getting deliveries of dirt for months <br /> and it is coming from Walnut Creek and Hayward. He said that the company has <br /> receipts for the dirt. Juanita Huerta told him that there are no permits for the work <br /> being done on each property. He called his boss Greg and Juanita Huerta spoke <br /> with him on the phone. Greg from Economy Trucking told Juanita Huerta over the <br /> phone that they have done samples on the dirt and they have a permit to do the <br /> work on the property. <br /> Juanita Huerta posted on the 18373 S. MacArthur property a stop work posting. <br /> Manuel Alfaro called the owner of that property (18373 S. MacArthur), Rafael <br /> Gonzalez, to ask him if there was a permit. The owner told Manuel Alfaro that he <br /> had a permit and would be at the property in 10 minutes with the permit. <br /> Manuel Alfaro's phone number is 661-534-5985. <br /> Rafael Gonzalez's wife, Gloria Gomez Gonzalez, arrived on the property with the <br /> permit. The permit was ok so Juanita Huerta removed the posting to stop work <br /> and Gloria Gomez Gonzalez posted the permit up. Gloria Gomez Gonzalez gave <br /> her contact information so that I can contact her and her husband for information <br /> on where the dirt was coming from.
