Jerry said that she was not there at that time and we gave him our business cards and asked him to tell her to call us. Left the site at 12:30 pm to return to the office. 07/11/2018 Talked to Muni about the complaint. PE 2200 BAKER 60 min SC 007 Called property owner Rafael Gonzalez at 650-924-3086. He stated that he hired Economy Trucking to bring the dirt to his property. He said that they told him it would be clean dirt. I asked him if he knew where the dirt was coming from and he said Hayward and Walnut Creek. He told me contact Economy Trucking and they can give me the information about the dirt. Economy Trucking contact information: -Ken Opena 415-470-2529 and the office number is 510-733-9100. Called Ken Opena at 415-470-2529 to ask about the dirt that is being dumped on the two properties. He said that he was an office guy and that he will find out the information and will call me back. Called the main office of Economy Trucking at 510-733-9100 to ask for someone who would know about this site and they told me Ken will call me back. Mike Dysert called me back(707-334-9036) and said they have analyticals for all their sites. He said that he will send me the analyticals within the hour. He asked about the permitting. I told him I did not know anything about the permitting that he could talk to Juanita Huerta about that and I gave him her phone number. 07/12/2018 Reviewed analytical results received 7/11/2018. PE 2200 BAKER 36 min SC 007 07/16/2018 Called Mike Dysert at 707-334-9036 to ask him if the sites where the samples PE 2200 BAKER 24 min were taken are the locations where the dirt was taken from. He said yes that they SC 007 get dirt from construction sites and they have to take samples at every site. Talked to Garrett about the alleged complaint and the analytical results. I am going to abate the complaint as unable to verify alleged complaint. 07/16/2018 Reviewed analytical data for two sources of soil being brought to this location.
