Observed 3 50 gallons white poly PE 2546 RUVALCABA <br /> 60 min drums. All drums where standing up right at time of arrival. Two of the drums SC 004 <br /> appeared to be full, one of the drums appeared to contain more than 10 gallons <br /> but less than 15 gallons. A puddle of an unknown substance was observed <br /> between 2 to 3 feet from the drums. The drum with partial liquid in it had cracks on <br /> top of it and one of the full drums had a hole on the top. <br /> 02/13/2018 Called Greg Smith at(209)235-8324, was involved in the sale of the land to the PE 2546 RUVALCABA <br /> 12 min new owners. He provided the contact information of the new onwers, Janet SC 004 <br /> Blincoe(209)483-0638. Mailing address 14501 Wells Lane in Lodi, 95240. <br /> Issued notice to abate and gave to admin to mail to address of owner. Greg stated <br /> that Janet was out of the state for the next week. <br /> 02/13/2018 Prop 65. PE 2546 RUVALCABA <br /> 30 min SC 203 <br /> 02/13/2018 Issued notice to abate and called Janet Blincoe, owner of the property. Janet was PE 2546 RUVALCABA <br /> 30 min out of the country and stated that she would arrange cleanup through Greg Smith SC 004 <br /> of Bill Little, the poeple who had been cleaning up the site. She stated that the <br /> waste was left by the trucking company that used to occupy that lot, but was never <br /> picked up. Janet asked for the notice to abate be emailed to Greg Smith at <br /> gregs3677@gmail.com. This was done and informed both Greg and Janet that the <br /> EHD would have to be on site to witness the cleanup. <br /> 02/21/2018 Phone calls with Janet Blincoe,(209)483-0638 Property Owner and Ron Barber, PE 2546 RUVALCABA <br /> 24 min with RB Environmental, (209) 969-2199. SC 007 <br /> Was trying to set up a time and date for the excavation. Ron stated that the owner <br /> of the barrels, the trucking company that had occupied the lot before a fire <br /> destroyed the building, had stated that the containers had food grade soy sauce. <br /> After speaking with lead senior it was determined that no further action was <br /> needed from the EHD. <br /> 03/02/2018 Put file together for review by lead senior.
