i
y t
ENT'EK
Mr. Bruce Burke i
Retirement Housing Foundation
March 30, 2007
Page Two
Since this event was one of several instances when this mysterious odorlirritant has appeared and ultimately
disappeared, it may happen again. It is possible this odor/irritant may by some malicious activity by a
resident or an employee, which might explain the mystery to the episodic events. if this odor/irritant were
to re-appear, I would suggest removing the staff and residents from the lobby area, open doors and windows,
and allow the lobby area to air out until the odortirritant has dissipated to the point where it is no longer
objectionable or noticeable.
It has been our pleasure working with you on this investigation. Please call me at(916)632-6800, if you have
any questions. >
t
Sincerely,
Richard Beall, CIH, CSP
President 1
•
cc: Fire Captain Lovdahyl, Stockton Fire Department Haz Mat Response
CAEntekUients\Retirement Housing Foundatiori107-491 Plymouth Plare Odor\Flnal Report of Investigation 3-30-07.wpd
l
F
I
I
r
i
I
