This premise has been found to be in violation of Title 8, Division 5, of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code; the California Health and Safety Code, Section 17920.3; and the California Code of Regulations, Title 25, Division 1, Subchapter 1. COMPLIANCE The listed violations identified on the reverse side of this form must be corrected within 30 days of notification of the violations. If the property is encumbered by a recorded mortgage or deed of trust, an additional 15 days will be granted for the mortgagee or beneficiary to comply with the requirements of this notice.
