PUBLIC NOTICE i <br /> NOTICE OF FINDING$ REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN N <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a correctivection plan for <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage�j°tank site located <br /> at 1532 N. Broadway, in the County 'of Saa� Joaquin , <br /> (APN143 250 090) has been reviewed by San, Joaquin County Public t <br /> Health Services, Environmental Health DiVi_ sion(PHS/EHD) . The <br /> plan is a proposal for mitigation of hazardous substances which <br /> contaminated the site due to unauthorized releases associated <br /> with underground storage tanks (UST) which were located on the <br /> property. �I <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services; Environmental Health M <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State <br /> and Federal laws and regulations and thatilthellresultant work will <br /> not create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed <br /> the benefits to be gained from cleanup of' thejcontamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the ` <br /> San Joaquin/Stockton Public Library,, 645 N. E1 Dorado Street, i <br /> Stockton, and PHS/EHD, 445 N.
