All samples will be <br /> preserved as indicated on Table 1 and placed in a cooler immediately after collection. Chemical ice <br /> sealed in plastic bags will be used in the cooler to cool and maintain samples at a temperature of 4°C. <br /> A high-low thermometer will accompany the samples to do'cument transport conditions.
