During my inspection I observed discrepancies between the manifests at the facility and the manifests <br /> observed on WTMS. A search done on WTMS resulted in 135 manifests. Facility has half the manifests observed on <br /> WTMS. Each type of tire (passenger, truck, and tractor) documented on the manifest on site were entered as a <br /> different manifest on WTMS. A manifest with passenger, truck, and tractor tires hauled that day is inputted <br /> into WTMS as 3 pickups or manifests.
