Hillmer(the PE 2546 MANZO <br /> general manager), who indicated that the waste was handled by Morgan as SC 544 <br /> hazardous waste, but they don't have the disposal manifests yet, he provided a <br /> number to Morgan (510-267-0134).Called Morgan Env. at 510-267-0134: no <br /> answer and the message was in Spanish so did not leave a voice message. <br /> Received a call back from Morgan (510-575-4636), Rudy, who stated that he had <br /> a missed call from me. I explained who I was and what I was calling regarding; he <br /> will fax me the manifest copy for the picked up containers, I provided my fax <br /> number. Received an illegible fax from Morgan Env. Called Rudy. Called Rudy at <br /> 510-5754636, he will email me a legible manifest copy, he requested for an email <br /> with my contact information; emailed my contact information to <br /> rudyramirez510@yahoo.com. Received an email from Rudy with a copy of the <br /> hazardous waste manifest. Approximately 70 pounds of solids were listed on the <br /> received manifest, the address on the manifest is an alternated address for Delta <br /> Truck Center(10182 S Harlan Rd (also listed on the business card of the Delta <br /> Truck Center representative).Called Rudy to ask regarding the weight on the <br /> manifest. He indicated that no triple rinsing of the containers took place, absorbent <br /> was placed in and around the picked up empty containers, and waste absorbent <br /> and the containers were included on this hazardous waste manifest(005232351 <br /> JJK).Returned a phone voice message from Kevin with Delta Truck Center <br /> (209-983-2400), he wanted to know what was happening. Left him a voice <br /> message with my contact information. ER record documentation preparation. <br /> Downloaded pictures, created a picture file. <br /> Discussed the incident with Michelle Henry(Lead Sr.), called Cha Her with San <br /> Joaquin Sheriffs 209-468-4400, to request a copy of the police report. Left a voice <br /> message for deputy Her, with my contact information and my request for his report <br /> copy. Received an email from Travis Hillmer with Haz Mat 1 <br /> (thillmer@haz-matresponse.com), the manifest(005232351 JJK) is the same <br /> document already received from Morgan, printed and filed. <br /> 09/03/2015 Reviewed a voice mail received on 9-1-2015 from Sheriffs office(Cha Her), they PE 2546 MANZO <br /> can't give me a copy of the police report, and if the EHD wants a copy we need to SC 544 <br /> submit an official record review. <br /> Page 4 of 4 <br />
