Wilson, Stockton Inspection Apr 17 2012 <br />Name: Address: Date: p <br />SUM Y OF VIOLATIONS <br />CLASS I, SLASS Ip or MINOR -Notice to Comply) <br />This is a Routine Hazardous Waste Generator inspection. The following are Class II (Repeat) violations <br /># 108, 301, 605, 701, 804/808/809, 806/807/808 and the following is Minor -Notice to Comply violation: <br />#603 <br />108. The following wastes require hazardous waste determination: <br />-- One five gallon bucket of paint waste near the storage area next to the east truck repair shop. <br />-- One open and two close 5 -gallon buckets of unknown oil under the engine parts storage racks <br />where synthetic oils are being stored. <br />-- Oily liquid in the drain pans of three white color parts washers in the gear shop. <br />-- Oily debris on the ground of the Shear Slab. <br />-- Metal shavings in the machine tray in the Dryline shop. <br />Generator shall make hazardous waste determination of the waste and manage the waste accordingly. <br />Immediately make a hazardous waste determination of the above wastes and manage each accordingly, <br />or dispose of the waste as hazardous waste in accordance to California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title <br />22. Please be aware that hazardous property and size of metal particles must be determined before they <br />can be recycled as scrap metal. Particles 100 microns or smaller must be handled as hazardous waste if <br />the metal is determined to be a hazardous waste.
