However, there are a few pieces of document still needed in order for EHD to <br />close the case: <br />Disposal receipts for: <br />#7: Your letter dated July 8, 2011 (the letter) stated "contaminated products" identified in the inspection have been <br />disposed (specifically, oily water bucket at Gear shop, unknown drums and metal at dryline shop, oily liquid bucket at <br />storage area across from Dryline ship, contaminated soil at the shear slab, solvent in parts washer no longer in use in the <br />Engine shop). Please submit a copy of the disposal receipt(s) of these wastes to EHD. <br />#11: The letter stated that the shear slab and engine shop cement floor have been cleaned up (contaminated soil, <br />absorbent, respectively). Please submit a copy of the disposal receipt(s) of the cleaned -up wastes to EHD. <br />#20: The letter stated your hauler has been called to pick up the empty drums. Please submit a copy of the disposal <br />receipt(s) to EHD. <br />#31: EHD has received photos of the removed 1000 -gallon used oil tank and the waste anti -freeze tank in your Septembe <br />1, 2011 letter; therefore a tank assessment is no longer needed. Please submit a copy of the disposal receipt of the used <br />oil and the waste anti -freeze removed from the tanks. <br />#49: Please submit a copy of the training log, and document describing Job title and written job description of each <br />position related to hazardous waste management (please see original inspection report dated 6/21/2011, violation #49, <br />section d) <br />In our telephone conversation today, you have agreed to submitting these information within one month. Please submit by <br />November 5, 2011. <br />A copy of the original inspection report dated 6/21/2011 has been attached for your convenience.
