MAIN STREET <br />Stockton, Ca. 95202-3029 <br />Dear Mr. Wong, <br />Please find the following responses, in reg, to your questions from your letter on Oct. <br />5`h, 2011 . in regards to your inspection on 6/21/2011, which I have copied below. 1 hope <br />that this will help close this case. <br />Acme Truck Parts and Equipment, Inc. has been sold. We are now called LKQ Acme <br />Truck Parts. Please let me know what needs to be done to complete this change to the <br />new owners. <br />Disposal receipts for: <br />#7: Your letter dated July 8, 2011 (the letter) stated "contaminated products" identified <br />in the inspection have been disposed (specifically, oily water bucket at Gear shop. Acme <br />separated the oil and water and disposed of the oil in our waste oil tank, see receipt #1., unknown <br />drums and metal at dryline shop steel scrap goes in our recycle steel bin, shavings go into our <br />non RCRA waste, see receipt #2, oily liquid bucket at storage area across from Dryline ship see <br />receipt #1, contaminated soil at the shear slab, see non RCRA receipt #2 , solvent in parts <br />washer no longer in use in the Engine shop) this was empty. Please submit a copy of the <br />disposal receipt(s) of these wastes to EHD. <br />#11: The letter stated that the shear slab and engine shop cement floor have been cleaned up <br />(contaminated soil, absorbent, respectively). Please submit a copy of the disposal receipt(s) of <br />the cleaned -up wastes to EHD. See non RCRA receipt #2 (this was for 4- 55 gallon drums of <br />est <br />#20: The letter stated your hauler has been called to pick up the empty drums. Please submit a <br />copy of the disposal receipt(s) to EHD. We decided to not have these empty drums shipped. We <br />currently have only 2 empty drums in this area. <br />#31: EHD has received photos of the removed 1000 -gallon used oil tank and the waste anti- <br />freeze tank in your September 1, 2011 letter; therefore a tank assessment is no longer needed. <br />Please submit a copy of the disposal receipt of the used oil and the waste anti -freeze <br />removed from the tanks. The waste oil and antifreeze were picked up, see receipt #1.
