Wilson, Stockton <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />CLASS I, CLASS 11, or MINOR -Notice to Comply) <br />11. (Repeat) Oily contaminated soil and debris on the ground of the Shear Slab Area (also see #7 <br />above), and absorbents and spilled anti -freeze on the floor of the Engine Shop. <br />-- Facilities shall be maintained and operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or release <br />of hazardous waste to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br />* Immediately clean up the above waste, make a hazardous waste determination, and manage <br />according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations, and continue to minimize the release of hazardous <br />waste per this section. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste <br />was managed by July 23, 2011. <br />18. Accumulation start date on the hazardous waste label of the paint waste from processing aerosol <br />cans is February 8, 2011. <br />-- Hazardous Waste can be stored no longer than 90 days without a permit or authorization. <br />* Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and <br />submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD by July 23, 2011. <br />20. (Repeat) Missing or incomplete hazardous waste label on the following containers: <br />o Parts Washer: No hazardous waste label on 55 -gallon drum of oily solid. (Label placed on site) <br />o Satellite Accumulation Area (next to): No hazardous waste label on the 55 -gallon drum of floor <br />sweep. <br />o Steam Pad and Wash Area (next to): Missing physical state and hazardous property on the <br />hazardous waste labels of three 55 -gallon drums of steam sump waste (Corrected on site), and <br />no hazardous waste label on three 55 -gallon drums of floor sweep. <br />-- All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br />1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br />2. name and address of generator <br />3. hazardous properties <br />4. physical state <br />5. composition (contents) <br />6. accumulation start date <br />* Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required <br />information.
