The facility disposal records for drained used oil filters failed to contain complete information. <br /> Safety-Kleen Systems, Inc. disposal record #62759411 on 1-9-14 listed Geweke Toyota when it should <br /> have listed Lodi Toyota. Persons generating, transporting, or receiving used oil filters shall use a bill of <br /> lading to record the transfer of used oil filters. Bills of lading must indicate generator, transporter, and <br /> receiving company names, addresses, telephone numbers, the quantity and size of used oil filter <br /> containers transferred, and the date of transfer. Correct immediately by ensuring that disposal records <br /> for the drained used oil filters contains all the required information and maintain these records for three <br /> years. <br /> 204. In the auto service shop, a trash can had two non-empty aerosol cans of throttle body cleaner. Two <br /> trash cans had automotive fluids at the bottom with debris contaminated with automotive fluids. Another <br /> trash can had a non-empty one gallon container of Delo 40OLE oil. The disposal of any hazardous <br /> waste, or the causing thereof to an unauthorized point is prohibited. Correct immediately by removing <br /> the non-empty containers of automotive product, debris contaminated with automotive fluids, and <br /> automotive fluids from the trash can and manage it properly per Title 22 Hazardous Waste Regulations. <br /> Continue to ensure that any hazardous waste is properly disposed of at an authorized point. <br /> 301. Wet automotive fluid stains were found on the floor outside next to the used oil tank and used <br /> coolant tank. Facilities shall be maintained and operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, <br /> or release of hazardous waste to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the <br /> environment. Immediately clean up the spilled automotive fluids, and manage according to Title 22 <br /> hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this <br /> waste was managed. <br /> 605. The tank of hazardous waste coolant lacked the most recent accumulation start date. All hazardous <br /> waste tanks shall be marked with the words "Hazardous Waste" and the accumulation start date. <br /> Disposal records indicate that the used coolant was picked up on 7-30-14.
