Correct immediately by properly disposing the UW lamps with the accumulation start date of 3-14-13 and submit a copy of the disposal record the the EHD. For the other UW lamps, demonstrate when those UW lamps became a UW lamp or when the UW lamp was received. Continue to ensure that the facility demonstrates when a UW lamp became a UW lamp or when the UW lamp was received. Continue to ensure proper disposal of the UW lamp within a year of the lamp becoming a UW or receiving a UW. 999. HSC 25404(e)(4) Electronic submittal requirement on the California Electronic Reporting System (CERS) has not been met. Facility shall submit electronic information for hazardous materials management system, including Hazardous Waste, Aboveground Storage Tank and Underground Storage Tank on the CERS website which can be found at http://cers.calepa.gov/. Immediately comply with the CERS electronic submittal requirement per this section. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form with a statement of how each violation was corrected, including supporting documentation. ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE.
