Beckman Rd. Lodi, CA 95240 Program: HW <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> CLASS I,CLASS 11, or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> 126. The consolidated manifest dated 2-4-11 for used oil was completed with the inactive EPA ID# <br /> CAL000323891 of a different business. All copies of each receipt shall contain all of the following <br /> information: The name, address, identification number, contact person, and telephone number of the <br /> generator, and the signature of the generator or the generator's representative. Correct immediately by <br /> ensuring that all consolidated manifests are completed properly. <br /> 301. Oily debris was found on the shop floor next to the parts washing equipment. Facilities shall be <br /> maintained and operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or release of hazardous waste to <br /> air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. Immediately clean up <br /> the oily debris, and manage according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and <br /> supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed by 8-10-12. <br /> 601 & 605. A 30 gallon drum of hazardous waste absorbent(start date 4-1-12) and a 30 gallon drum of <br /> hazardous waste metal fines(start date 1-13-12) each lacked a hazardous property and have been on <br /> site longer than 90 days since the accumulation start date. A five gallon container of hazardous waste <br /> metal wheel weights had an illegible hazardous waste label. All hazardous waste containers shall be <br /> marked with the following information: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> 2. name and address of generator <br /> 3. hazardous properties <br /> 4. physical state <br /> 5. composition (contents) <br /> 6. accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all <br /> the required information. Since it cannot be determined how long the container of hazardous waste <br /> metal wheel weights have been on site and since the containers of hazardous waste used absorbent <br /> and metal fines have been on site longer than 90 days since the accumulation start date, immediately <br /> contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of <br /> the manifest to the EHD by 8-10-12. <br /> 610. The 55 gallon drum of drained used oil filters lacked an accumulation start date. Used oil filters <br /> must be stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil filters," and marked with an <br /> accumulation start date.
