This information was required to be submitted by September 10, 2016. <br /> This information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. An operator that receives an <br /> inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a statement documenting corrective <br /> actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. Ensure that a written response documenting <br /> corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. Open violations <br /> include: <br /> -CCR 66265.16(d)-Failed to maintain complete training records <br /> -CCR 66265.31- Facility maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste <br /> -CCR 66265.174- Failed to inspect hazardous waste storage areas at least weekly <br /> -CCR 66265.195-Failed to conduct daily inspections of hazardous waste tank system and maintain records on site <br /> -CCR 66262.34 (f) Failed to completely label containers or tanks of hazardous waste <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 301 CCR 66265.31 Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. <br /> Oil stains and wet absorbent were observed on the concrete near the used oil tank. Facilities shall be maintained and <br /> operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or release of hazardous waste to air, soil, or surface water <br /> which could threaten human health or the environment. Immediately clean up the oil stains and absorbent , and <br /> manage according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation <br /> explaining how this waste was managed. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 403 CCR 66265.173 Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous waste. <br /> A green 14 gallon drum of paper drained used oil/fuel filters outside the shop in the hazardous waste area was open <br /> during the inspection. All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing <br /> waste. Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or <br /> removing waste. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Page 6 of 8 <br />
