HEALTH AND SAFETY PLAN-REVISION I <br /> EL RANCHO ROCK&SAND,INC.QUARRY <br /> IMPLEMENTATION OF RECLAMATION <br /> PAGE 4 <br /> Each subsample will be held separate from other subsamples. All samples will be collected, <br /> documented, stored and transported under chain-of-custody using appropriate QA/QC techniques, <br /> and personnel hygiene and safety measures. Decontamination of equipment will be done <br /> between each quadrant. <br /> ON-SITE SAFE'T'Y ORGANIZATION AND COORDINATION <br /> The following personnel are designated to carry out the stated job functions on site. (NOTE: <br /> One person may carry out more than on job function.) A "tailgate" review of this safety plan <br /> will be conducted with all personnel on site prior to the start of work. Vehicles should not enter roads where safe operation cannot be assured. <br /> EMERGENCY RESPONSE <br /> Personnel Injury: Notify Project Team Leader or Site Safety Officer. They will assess nature <br /> of the injury. If 'Injury is in the area of operating equipment, the equipment will be stopped or <br /> shut down to eliminate running equipment hazard.
