UST owners <br /> are included in this new requirement. A copy of the SVVRBC flyer entitled ''ACT NDVV''. <br /> explaining the responsibilities of UST 0vvORrS and the deadlines by which you must comply, is <br /> eDC|O3ed with this \S1te[ <br /> This second notification is being sent through certified mail so you understand the importance <br /> of the January 1, 2005, deadline to submit the owner's compliance statement (deScribed Delow) <br /> and identify the ICC certified Designated UST Operator(s)* for all of your underground_��a e <br /> tank (UST) facilities located within San Joaquin County. <br /> ' <br /> The owner's compliance etotennart mentioned above is required pursuant to California Code of <br /> Regulations, Title 23. section 2715 (a) which Fe8US: <br /> By January 1' 2005` owners of underground storage tank systems shall <br /> submit a signed statement tmthe local agency indicating that the owner <br /> understands and is in compliance with all applicable underground storage <br /> tank requirements, and identifying the designated UST operator/s\ for each <br /> facility owned.
