SAIC - Engineering and Infrastructure <br /> Health and Safety Plan for Chevron EMC Field Operations <br /> Job Name: Tracy Byron Road Project —Additional Soil and Groundwater Investigation <br /> Emergency Reporting <br /> The SHSO will immediately report injuries or illnesses, vehicle accidents, releases(hazardous material, <br /> hazardous waste or uncharacterized waste), inspections by regulatory agencies, and any incident that could <br /> reasonably have caused a significant injury or property damage(fire, catastrophic equipment failure, capsized <br /> heavy equipment, etc.). The SHSO will contact emergency response organizations(if needed)and the PM. The <br /> PM will notify the client(as appropriate), Division Manager, Program Manager, and ECHS Manager. If the PM is <br /> not available, the SHSO will contact the SAIC Regional Alternate Program Manager or other PMs as necessary. <br /> If the SHSO is not available, the FM will make the aforementioned contacts.
