L 3 <br /> Q <br /> 4 ' <br /> PROPOSED WORK PLAN PAGE 2 <br /> FORMER RULE ENTERPRISE PROPERTY JULY 29, 1988 <br /> TRACY, CALIFORNIA PR 88-55A <br /> LNTRODUCTTQN <br /> The site, suspected to contain . hydrocarbon contamination, is <br /> bound by Byron 'Road to the north, Eleventh Street to the south, <br /> Corral Hollow to the east, and Southern Pacific .Railroad to the <br /> west, in Tracy, California. The goal of our investigation will <br /> be to perform exploration, sampling and laboratory testing, to <br /> determine if the fuel hydrocarbon contamination in fact exists <br /> and to what extent it is present on site. If soil contamination <br /> is encountered during . this initial study, further exploration <br /> and testing may be recommended to determine its effect on local <br /> groundwater. <br /> SQ)PE <br /> We propose to conduct an initial subsurface sampling and testing <br /> program to give an indication of the nature and magnitude of <br /> sail contamination . All work will be performed under the <br /> direction of a Registered Civil Engineer. The scope of our <br /> proposed services are outlined below: <br />
