In your letter, you <br /> propose to develop the property in two plias s. In Phase I, all of Parcel A and <br /> Parcel B with the exception of a sixty foot strip adjacent to Byron Road would <br /> be developed. In Phase II, the sixty foot ide strip would be developed once a. <br /> cleanup effort has been developed and comp eted and we concur to proceed with <br /> Phase II. <br /> We concur with your proposal and Phase I development may begin at the site.
