Mr. Sturman had written to you On July 27, 1990, requesting that the Regional Water QualitIr Control Board permit and recommend that Sunboro may be allowed to proceed with the development of Parcel B with the exception of a sixty foot . wide strip of land adjacent to Bron Road. Sunboro intends to develop the property for resiclences. You agreed that you. would make such recommendation to allow development of that portion of Parcel B with the exception of the sixty foot strip and. would notify the City of Tracy of this decision. Yau. also requested a map which would reflect the area and the sixty foot wide strip . A map showing Phase One and Phase Two is enclosed. The intent of the project would be to begin 'bu 'lding residences on Phase One which consists of Parcel B with the exception of the sixty foot wide strip of land adjacent to Byron Road. Phase Two would consist of development. of that sixty foot wide strip. We understand at this time that You' would not permit building on Phase Two at this time, until a cleanup plan can be formulated and coordinated with site development for the sixty foot wide section.
