In your letter, you
propose to develop the property in two phases. In Phase I , all of Parcel A and
Parcel B with the exception of a sixty foot strip adjacent to Byron Road would
be developed. In Phase II , the sixty foot wide strip would be developed once a
cleanup effort has been developed and comp eted and we concur to proceed with
Phase II .
We concur with your proposal and Phase I development may begin at the site. We
have no objections to proceeding with residential development of the property in
Phase I as long as future investigations or remedial efforts are not restricted
by permanent structures built at this site.
Additionally, Sunboro should contact the Department of Health Services to insure
that public health concerns are addressed prior to Phase II development.
If yo h ve any questions, please contact eat (916) 361-5647.
)ANTONIA K.
