Sunboro intends
to develop the property for resi ences.
You agreed that you would make such recommendation to allow. _
development of_thatyportion of P rc el B with the exception
of the sixty foot strip and would notify the City of Tracy
of this decision. You also requested a map which would
reflect the area and the sixty foot wide strip . A map
showing Phase One and Phase Two is enclosed. The intent of
the project would be to begin building residences on Phase
One which consists of Parcel B with the exception of the
sixty foot wide strip of land ad acent to Byron Road. Phase
Two would consist of development of that sixty foot wide
strip. We understand at this time that you would not permit
building on Phase Two at this time, until a cleanup plan can
be formulated and coordinated with site development for the
sixty foot wide section.
