The detailed description of proposed work <br /> was presented in formerly submitted Work Plan Addendum, dated March 12, <br /> 2004. The Work Plan Addendum was approved by California Regional Water <br /> quality Control Board in their letter dated 26 March 2004. Attached please <br /> find BORING PERMIT APPLICATIONS for Union Pacific Railroad Right of <br /> Way (check # 1311630), and Trimark Property, parcel 209-040-09 (check <br /> 1326413) for Mountain House Sites #1 and #2 for your review and approval. <br /> SAIC plans to perform this job in two stages, as indicated on the attached <br /> Site Map with Proposed Boring Locations, and on updated Parcel Map: <br /> Stage 1 . <br /> During the first stage, the soil borings will be drilled on Mountain House <br /> Community Development Services right of way (signed Encroachment <br /> Permit attached) and on adjacent Trimark properties (Access agreement <br /> attached) (APN # 209-040-17, 209-040-15 and 209-040-09). Locations of <br /> these borings are south of West Byron Road and north of West Byron <br /> Road, between the road pavement and the Union Pacific Railroad right of <br /> way (highlighted yellow on the Site Map).
