Our client, ChevronTexaco finalized the <br /> access agreement with Union Pacific Railroad, and a copy of this <br /> agreement is attached. <br /> Attached with this letter please find all the documents required to perform <br /> drilling in the Second Stage at Union Pacific Railroad right of way and on <br /> adjacent Trimark property north of West Byron Road (APN#209-040-09). <br /> SAIC would appreciate it greatly if you could please review and approve the <br /> applications at a suitable time.
