INFURNA <br /> REGARDING: BORING PERMIT APPLICATIONS FOR MOUNTAIN HOUSE <br /> SITES #1 AND #2. <br /> April 6, 2004 <br /> Dear Mr. Infurna: <br /> On behalf of ChevronTexaco SAIC is applying for boring permit at the West <br /> Byron Road sites, called Mountain House Site #1 and #2, located near Tracy, <br /> San Joaquin County, California. The detailed description of proposed work is <br /> presented in the attached Work Plan Addendum, dated March 12, 2004. The <br /> Work Plan Addendum was approved by California Regional Water quality <br /> Control Board in their letter dated 26 March 2004. Attached please find <br /> BORING PERMIT APPLICATIONS, Master File Record Information Forms, <br /> and two checks for Mountain House Sites #1 and #2 for your review and <br /> approval. <br /> SAIC plans to perform this job in two stages, as indicated on the attached <br /> Site Map with Proposed Boring Locations, and on updated Parcel Map: <br /> Stage 1 . <br /> During the first stage, the soil borings will be drilled on Mountain House <br /> Community Development Services right of way (signed Encroachment <br /> Permit attached) and on adjacent Trimark properties (Access agreement <br /> attached) (APN # 209-040-17, 209-040-15 and 209-040-09). Locations of <br /> these borings are south of West Byron Road and north of West Byron <br /> Road, between the road pavement and the Union Pacific Railroad right of <br /> way (highlighted yellow on the Site Map).
