Currently our client, <br /> ChevronTexaco is finalizing the access agreement with Union Pacific <br /> Railroad, and SAIC will apply for this permit separately as soon as the <br /> agreement is ready. <br /> Attached with this letter please find all the documents required to perform <br /> drilling in the Mountain House Community Development Services right of way <br /> and on adjacent Trimark properties, north and south of West Byron Road. <br /> SAIC attached also new parcel map. Trimark Properties LLC owns all areas, <br /> which surround Mountain House Site # 1 , 2. <br /> SAIC would appreciate it greatly if you could please review and approve the <br /> applications at a suitable time.
