' Redevelopment Agency of the City of Stockton Page 7
1 B34602.01
directories and Sanborn Fire Insurance Maps indicates that all of the existing on-SITE structures
were built on-SITE prior to 1950, and those which occupy Parcel 2, 4, 7, 10, 19, 20, 22, 28, 29,
32, 35, through 41, 44, 45, 46, 49, and 50 were built before 1895. Ms. Fancesca Mariani of the
SBD indicated that the permits if reviewed, would give no indication of USTs at the on-SITE
properties. As directed by Mr. Ron Cook of the City of Stockton, none of the on-SITE structures
were entered. Considering the age of the on-SITE structures, it is possible that asbestos
containing materials exist within them. An Asbestos Survey was not conducted within the scope
' of this PHASE I.
5.5 List, Record, and Pentut Review and Interviews Information regarding the list, record,
' and permit review findings is summarized in Table 8.
TABLE 9
4EPA, CERCLIS
UMMARY OF REGULATORY LISTS AND RECORDS REVIEWED
SEARCH PROXIMITY TO SITE (riles)€
RADIUS
CE DATE (mile)S ON-SITE WITHIN M4
S List 4/97 'h NONE 1 1 NA
Priorit List 4/97 1 NONE NONE NONE NONE
ist 3/97 SITE 1 NANA NA
azardous 4/97 SITE and NONE NONE NA NA
Waste Generators adjoining
US EPA, RCRA, CORRACPS 4/97 '/a NONE NONE NONE NA
' US EPA, RCRA, TSD Facilities 4/97 1 NONE NONE NONE NONE
State Equivalent CER—LIS 7/96 '/x NONE 1 2 NA
' CAL-EPA, DTSC,AWP 7/96 1 NONE NONE NONE NONE
Facilities
' CAL-EPA, SWIS Solid Waste 4/97 h NONE NONE NONEdNA
Landfills and Processing Facilities
CAL-EPA, RWQCB Leaking 4/97 '/z 1 6 28 USTsCAL-EPA, SWRCB Registered 1/94 1/4 2 1 NA
' NA = Not Applicable
