The facility fronts on Lafayette Street and was open for business <br /> during the drive-by SITE reconnaissance. During the reconnaissance, two subsurface lifts and <br /> three 55-gallon storage drums were observed within the service bay. The concrete flooring <br /> within the surface bay appeared stained. The automotive repair facility located on Parcel 1 was <br /> also open for business during the SITE reconnaissance, however this facility sets back from both <br /> Lafayette and California Streets, and could not be observed from the sidewalk. <br /> Numerous structures occupy the SITE.
