The proposed work is intended to be an interactive process. Additional work may be required if analytical results indicate ' pacts to subsurface soils. No investigation is thorough enough to d scribe all geologic/hydrogeologic conditions of interest at a given site. If conditions are not identified during the study, such a finding should not be construed as a guarantee of the absence of such conditions at the site,but rather as the result of the ' services performed within the scope, limi%tions, and cost of the work performed. ' Geologic/hydrogeologic conditions may exist at the site that cannot be identified solely by visual observation. Where subsurface exploratoi y work is performed,our professional opinions are based in part on interpretation of data from discrete sampling locations that may not represent actual conditions at unsampled locations. Twining will request site plans accurately depicting the location of the existing USTs,UST piping, ' and underground utilities on the property rior to initiating drilling activities. Twining will not be responsible for damage to underground structures at the site. It should be noted that in the event that site plans illustrating the current subsurface structures are unavailable,Twining will request that a subsurface locator service be contracted t identify the locations of these structures. This work was performed for the sole use of the client and appropriate regulatory agencies. Any reliance on this report by a third party is such party's sole risk. The professional services will be performed, the findings obtained, and the conclusions prepared in accordance with generally- accepted engineering principles and practices in San Joaquin County at the time the work is performed. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, either expressed or implied. r
