Immediately notify authorities(call 911 if necessary)of any accident resulting in <br /> injury to personnel. Notify site supervisor and office as soon as possible. <br /> f. Immediately notify site supervisor or geologist of any condition, event or <br /> circumstance which you believe to be hazardous or unhealthy. <br /> 11. Confined Space Entry: Not applicable to this project. <br /> 12. Spill Containment Procedures: Any spill of potentially contaminated fluid will be <br /> contained with temporary earthen dikes. The spill will be cleaned up by soaking it with soil <br /> and then putting the soil into storage drums for disposal. <br /> 13. Questions: (a time for attendees to ask questions of the site safety officer to ensure <br /> understanding of the items covered. <br /> 14. Personnel in attendance shall review of Site Safety Plan including route to nearest <br /> emergency medical facility, emergency phone numbers, and symptoms of exposure to site <br /> health hazards. <br /> 15. Personal in attendance at the site safety meeting for this project will sign and date the <br /> 1 following record of attendance indicating they attended the safety meeting and have <br /> familiarized themselves with the Site Safety Plan. <br />
