Laboratory analytical data indicates that diesel was not detected at or above the laboratory reported detection limit in the groundwater sample collected from CPT1 at a depth of 75 feet. 6.0 RECOMMENDATIONS Condor recommends that additional activities be completed to investigate the lateral and vertical extent an of sorbed phase and aqueous diesel-range phase hydrocarbons at this Site. Condor recommends that the monitoring wells on adjoining properties be used to further evaluate groundwater impacts. Additional CPT borings are recommended to further delineate the extent of soil contamination near the centerline of California Street and in the parking area of the northern adjoining property. Further use of UVOST does not appear to be cost-effective at this time. 7.0 LIMITATIONS AND SIGNATURE Condor has endeavored to determine as much as practical about the Site within our scope of services using accepted principles and professional practice at the time the work was performed. Condor's involvement in the work performed for this report has been limited to collecting and recording field data; collecting and shipping samples; compiling data provided by analytical laboratories; and interpreting field data.
