Present at the meeting were yourself from the City of <br /> Stockton, Margaret Lagorio and Lori Duncan from the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department (EHD), and your consultants Alex Dewitt and Bill Cook from Condor Earth <br /> Technologies, Inc. <br /> The meeting was held to discuss the status of this site following the site investigation <br /> conducted on February 19, 2008. One soil boring was advanced in the former tank pit area; <br /> soil and one grab groundwater samples were collected for laboratory analysis. Elevated <br /> concentrations of petroleum hydrocarbons were reported in both media. The vertical and <br /> lateral extent of this contamination must be defined. <br /> Please proceed with submittal of a work plan to define the vertical and lateral extent of the <br /> documented petroleum hydrocarbon contamination at this site.
