I will submit for a permit from the City of Stockton. We meet all their requirements for discharge and shouldn't be a problem. I have waited because the City charges for discharge even if you do not pump and we only get one chance to have a permit. We do not get to stop and start a permit. 1 would like to request permission to not monitor for the second qtr of 2007. 1 would like to conserve the $8,000 in financial resources spent on monitoring, and use it for the installation and recharge of the carbon filters. We would do a third quarter monitoring at the end of September and this will give us data as to the effectiveness and influence of the system. Thank you Mike Vlach 6118/2007 `I
