(Clearwater) is pleased to submit this Addendum to <br /> the Workplan for Disposal of Stockpiled_Soil. Backfilling Excavations, and <br /> Additional Site Assessment for the Olivarez Property in Stockton <br /> (Workplan). The Workplan is dated August 1, 1995. <br /> This Addendum notes modifications to the Workplan in accordance with the <br /> Workplan Review (dated October 2, 1995) by San Joaquin County Public <br /> Health Services/Environmental Health Division (PHS) and conversations <br /> on October 5th and 16th between Mr. Ron Rowe of the PHS and Jeanna <br /> Hudson of Clearwater. This Addendum should be reviewed in conjunction <br /> with the original document; the Addendum notes changes to the Workplan, <br /> but is not intended to replace the document. <br /> Modifications to Section 2.0 of the Workplan (PROPOSED WORK) <br /> 2.1 Sampling and Removal of Soil Stockpiles <br /> In accordance with PHS requirements, two soil samples (sets) will be collected <br /> for each 50 cubic yards of soil in the stockpile: The sample sets will be <br /> composited by the laboratory into one sample.
