Stallworth Auto Sales Page 2 of 2 <br /> 602 North California Street March 27, 2014 <br /> Stockton, California 95202 <br /> • Measurement of depth to water (DTW) in shallow and intermediate groundwater <br /> monitoring wells MW-1, MW-6, MW-7 and MW-8 and MW-10; temperature, pH, TDS, <br /> oxygen reduction potential (ORP), salinity, turbidity, and dissolved oxygen (DO) will be <br /> recorded at the monitoring wells; <br /> • Submittal of a report of findings following the initial injection events; report will include <br /> description and results of work performed, conclusions, applicable recommendations <br /> and maps; <br /> • Preparation and submittal of a draft Notice of Intent (NOI) and monitoring and reporting <br /> program (MRP) to the California Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> (CVRWQCB) to comply with the terms of the General Waste Discharge Requirements <br /> and the Monitoring & Reporting Program No. R5-2008-0149; <br /> The EHD tentatively approves the CAP submitted by AGE, contingent successful completion of <br /> the following EHD requirements: <br /> • A current waste discharge permit from CRWQCB must be obtained before any fieldwork <br /> can begin. <br /> • In accordance to the correction action plan (CAP) approval process, the EHD will post a <br /> public notification of pending CAP approval at this site. The public has 30 days to <br /> express any concerns regarding the proposed remedial method for this site. Fieldwork <br /> can begin once the 30-day public participation period is over and all public concerns <br /> have been addressed and the CAP is approved. A copy of the public notice has been <br /> attached for your records. <br /> • Our records indicate a waste oil tank was removed at this site.
