Mike lnfurna [EH]
From: Michael Vlach [michaelvlach@comcast.net]
Sent: Wednesday, June 08, 2011 4:43 PM
To: Mike lnfurna [EH]
Subject: Vogue Closure
I
Mike- I have done an engineers estimate for closure of$95,000 and combined with outstanding reimbursements
I have submitted a closure budget of$120,000 to the UST Fund. We wilt be looking at performing the work in
increments of$40,000, needing reimbursement prior to starting each phase. So we are looking at 3 to 4 phases
to close out this site. A better estimate will be done when a fixed scope of work is provided by an approved
workplan. No word yet on approval of the budget, commitme t and availability of funds.
My point is expect the approved work plan to be broke up into flocks over about a year. Most likely following
the property lines.
-Mike Vlach
6/4/2011
