Work was to be completed within 90 days of the Work Plan <br /> approval date, which was March 6,2000. Upon the site consultants request,PHS/EHD extended the 90- <br /> day work completion date to June 30, 2000.The site consultant requested a second extension on June 28, <br /> 2000. <br /> PHS/EHD understands that ARCO performed a well survey in the area around this site. This information <br /> should be submitted to PHSIEHD.
