The addendum was submitted in <br /> response to the EHD letter dated August 24, 2007, and states that soil vapor probe (VP-1) <br /> will be relocated between monitoring well MW-I and the residential structure adjacent to <br /> the east side of the above-referenced site, as recommended by EHD. <br /> Upon review of the addendum, it is unclear to EHD whether SECOR is including the <br /> collection of depth-to-groundwater measurements when discussing the monitoring <br /> schedule for the various monitoring wells. Therefore, EHD will reiterate that even if <br /> monitoring wells are not sampled quarterly, continue to collect depth-to-water <br /> measurements for every vapor and monitoring well during each quarterly groundwater <br /> monitoring event for the purpose of determining the groundwater gradient. <br /> Submit a well permit application and permit fee of$89 to EHD by October 25, 2007, and <br /> notify EHD at least a week prior to the scheduled fieldwork.
