19 July 2000 <br /> AGE-NC Project No 96-0232 <br /> Page 19 of 29 <br /> 7 3 JUNE MONTHLY MONITORING AND SAMPLING EVENT <br /> On 28,29 June 2000, ground water monitoring and sampling was performed at wells MW-1 through <br /> MW-13, DW-1, RDW-1, CSA-1, and CSA-1 <br /> Field procedures were performed as presented in Section 7 1 1 and 7 2 Ground water samples were <br /> logged, transported, and analyzed following the same procedures in Section 7 1 2 , except for the <br /> addition of MTBE analysis by EPA Method 8020 on samples from MW-1 through MW-7, CSA-1, <br /> and CSA-2 ground water samples <br /> 7 3 1 Relative Ground Water Elevation and Gradient <br /> Ground water elevation at the site decreased approximately one foot between the May 2000 and the <br /> June 2000 ground water monitoring events Relative ground water elevation and gradient Is <br /> presented in Section 6 2 Depth to ground water, ground water elevation, and well screen intervals <br /> are summarized In Table 5 The ground water elevation data collected on 28 June 2000 from the Flag <br /> . City Chevron site is depicted In Figure 11 <br /> 7 3 2 Laboratory Results of Ground Water Samples <br /> During the June 2000 sampling event, TPH-g was detected In a sample collected from MW-9A(First <br /> Zone) and MW-1 113 (Second Zone) at concentrations of 180 Mg/1 and 62 ,ug/l, respectively TPH-d <br /> was detected in the First Zone from wells MW-6A, MW-9A, MW-12A, and MW-13A at <br /> concentrations as high as 530,ug/l in samples from MW-12A TPH-d was detected in samples from <br /> the Second Zone in MW-I 1B and MW-13B at concentrations of 86 µg/1 and 190µg/1, respectively <br /> Benzene was detected in samples collected from MW-13A at concentration of 0 89 µg/1 <br /> MTBE was detected in ground water samples collected from the First Zone (MW-1) at <br /> concentrations as high as 5,700µg/1 MTBE was detected in the Second Zone and Primary Aquifer <br /> Zone (MW-11B and MW-11D) at concentrations of 310µg/l and 7 0µg/l, respectively MTBE was <br /> detected in samples from the Rocky's Restaurant domestic water well at a concentration of 9 9 µg/1 <br /> Ethanol was detected in samples from MW-1113 (Second Zone) and from MW-12D (Primary <br /> Aquifer Zone) at concentrations of 120,000 µg/l and 190,ug/l, respectively <br /> S Advanced GcoEn\Ironmenlal,Inc <br />
