INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE OF WORK <br /> At the request of Mr Richard Bokides,Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc (AGE) has prepared this <br /> Quarterly Report for 6421 Capitol Avenue (the site), Lodi, California The report documents <br /> procedures and results for subsurface investigations conducted at the site during April,May and June <br /> 2000 (second quarter, 2000) The enclosed quarterly report was prepared as required by Central <br /> Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) Cleanup and Abatement Order No 5-00- <br /> 700, dated 01 March 2000 The site setting is illustrated on Figure 1 Site structures and monitoring <br /> well locations are depicted on Figure 2 <br /> The objective of second quarter investigation was to characterize, assess and monitor dissolved <br /> petroleum hydrocarbons and methyl tent butyl ether(MTBE) concentrations in ground water and to <br /> characterize ground water flow direction and gradient at the site This report is prepared in <br /> accordance with guidelines established by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services - <br /> Environrnental Health Division (PHS-EHD) and by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board(CVRWQCB) for investigation of underground storage tank (UST) sites Background <br /> information and a description of prior investigations at the site was included in AGE's Work Plan <br /> . Addendum -March 2000, dated 08 March 2000 and Quarterly Report - First Quarter 2000, dated <br /> 01 May 2000 <br /> iThe following is a brief chronological history of second quarter site assessment activities <br /> • 02 April 2000 - Installation of Grundfos pump in groundwater extraction well EW-1 <br /> • 03 Apnl 2000 - CPT dnllmg collect water samples from P14 and P16, <br /> - Initiate ground water pumping from EW-1 <br /> • 04 April 2000 - CPT drilling collect water samples from P13 and P15 <br /> • 05 April 2000 - Collect water sample from Baker Tank (EW-1) <br /> • 07 April 2000 - Collect water sample from Baker Tank (EW-1) <br /> • 13 April 2000 - Installation of dedicated transducers in MWA, EW-1, and MW-4 <br /> • 14 April 2000 - Drawdown test in MW-1, MW-4, and EW-1 <br /> • 17 April 2000 - Collect water sample from Baker Tank (EW-1) <br /> • 21 April 2000 - Collect depth to ground water measurements from MW-1 through MW-7 <br /> • 28 April 2000 - Monthly ground water monitonng and sampling event, <br /> - Collect water sample from Baker Tank (EW-1) <br /> Adianeed CcoEmironmental,Inc <br />
