She mentioned that the former manager got fired and he is sending <br /> complaints for all branches and giving bad surveys and rating . <br /> As per store policy,all employees including the cashiers need to have food handler cards. <br /> Manager showed me all cooks and employees dealing with food,working in all shifts, had valid food handler cards.
