Telephone: (209)662-7985 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00042715 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> Complainant alleges that they saw a video on face book of restaurant employee's scratching their privates, picking"eye <br /> bugers", playing with food and scooping ice with their bare hands. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to manager Jessica Parker who stated that she is aware of the video. She stated that incident happened in Oct 2016. <br /> She also stated that someone from the health department called restaurant.
