Telephone: (303)846-6000 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00043507 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> Complainant and parent ate at facility on 05/20/17 at approximately 9:45 pm. Both ate the$6.99 hamburger and fries. They <br /> both became ill with sore throat and diarrhea. Complainant believes the restaurant is serving left over fries. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. He stated that none of the employees have been ill. If they are <br /> ill,they do not come to work. Fries are made thru out the day and are tossed when they are 5-7 minutes old.They are not <br /> re-serving left over fries. They keep daily temperature logs(temps are checked hourly). <br /> Observations:All food temperatures are good. Hand wash stations have hot/cold water, soap and towels. Sanitizer levels are <br /> good. Surfaces are clean.
