Both ate the$6.99 hamburger and fries. They <br /> both became ill with sore throat and diarrhea. Complainant believes the restaurant is serving left over fries. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. He stated that none of the employees have been ill. If they are <br /> ill,they do not come to work. Fries are made thru out the day and are tossed when they are 5-7 minutes old.They are not <br /> re-serving left over fries. They keep daily temperature logs(temps are checked hourly). <br /> Observations:All food temperatures are good. Hand wash stations have hot/cold water, soap and towels. Sanitizer levels are <br /> good. Surfaces are clean.
