BATHROOMS ARE VERY DIRTY. ENTIRE RESTAURANT NEEDS <br /> GOOD DEEP CLEANING. ALSO COMPLAINANT FEELS HIS EGGS WERE COOKED IN RANCID OIL ON PURPOSE, <br /> PLEASE INSPECT KITCHEN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> As per person in charge, she is not aware of the complaint. <br /> I inspected the men and women rest rooms.They are clean and fully supplied. <br /> I asked the cook to prepare scrumbled eggs. He used shortening that they brought from Smart and Finals.The oil doesn't <br /> have any smell even after cooking the eggs. <br /> I inspected the bar counter. It is woody counter with the left side is still sticky even after cleaning it with soap.The right side of <br /> bar counter is not sticky.
