Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Saw dead roach and some dead flies. Saw live fly in kitchen. Remove all dead bodies by 2 days and <br /> continue pest control. <br /> Saw fly swatter. Not allowed to use in kitchen. Use other methods to catch flies. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin:rodents(rats,mice), cockroaches,flies.(114259.1, 114259.4, <br /> 114259.5) <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to employee who was not aware of this complaint. She stated that owners have monthly pest control service. Service <br /> was here last week.
