r <br /> QUARTERLY STATUS REPORT <br /> GREYHOUND TERMINAL <br /> STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA <br /> • Status of investigation and cleanup activities; <br /> On May 13, 1991, the entire fueling system at the facility consisting of one <br /> ' 12,000 gallon diesel UST and associated piping was removed and all fueling <br /> activities permanently discontinued (Appendix B) Based on results of analyses <br /> of soil samples collected during the closure investigation, a preliminary site <br /> ' investigation was completed in October 1991 The Preliminary Site <br /> Investigation report was submitted to San Joaquin County EHS and RWQCB <br /> personnel on November 27, 1991 (Appendix C) A monthly monitoring <br /> ' program has been established by Greyhound which includes monthly <br /> ' observations of groundwater levels and pertinent observations of the monitoring <br /> wells A quarterly groundwater sampling and reporting program has also been <br /> ' established The purpose of the monitoring/groundwater sampling program is <br /> to determine if groundwater has been impacted at this location Results of the <br /> one-year program will be used to determine if any further action is warranted by <br /> Greyhound at this location <br /> Proposed continuing or next phase of investigation; <br /> Greyhound will continue the above-mentioned monthly monitoring and brief <br /> status reports as well as quarterly sampling and reporting in accordance with all <br /> ' applicable LUFT and Tri-Regional requirements for a period of one year <br /> Greyhound proposes that if groundwater analytical results consistently indicate <br /> non-detectable concentrations of BTEX and TPH-D, the site should be closed <br /> and no further actions required <br /> • Method of cleanup proposed or implemented to date; <br /> No cleanup methods have been proposed or implemented on soil and <br /> groundwater analyses taken to date <br /> • Time schedules for the completion of the investigation of the site and <br /> ' remediation; <br /> The preliminary site investigation has been completed The monthly monitoring <br /> ' and quarterly sampling program will continue for a period of one year from the <br /> start of the program, after which an evaluation will be made of any further <br /> actions that may or may not be required <br /> l <br /> LMLISY132 3110179 REV 3 <br /> ' 1 <br />
