QUARTERLY STATUS REPORT (CONTINUED) <br /> • Method and location of disposal of the released hazardous substance and <br /> any contaminated soil, groundwater or surface water; <br /> During the fueling system closure activities in May of 1991, excavated soils <br /> ' were observed to be clean Therefore, the soil was placed back into the tank pit <br /> and fuel line excavations (Triple J Construction, 1992) <br /> ' Manifest required for transport of hazardous substances; <br /> Not Applicable <br /> • Monitoring well data; <br /> The physical data for all of the monitoring wells located at the facility can be <br /> found 1n the monitonng well data summary (Table 1) A site map showing the <br /> monitoring well locations is included as Figure 1 No free-product or <br /> ' hydrocarbon sheen has ever been detected in any of the on-site monitoring <br /> wells <br /> • Analytical results of groundwater or soil sampling; <br /> I Results of the first sampling event on June 29, 1992 are summarized in Table 2 <br /> Both BTEX and TPH-D concentrations were below the method detection limits <br /> in all of the groundwater samples collected <br /> • A site map showing the "zero line" of contamination, and changes in <br /> analyses and gradient measurements over the last quarter; <br /> ' No "zero line" for groundwater contamination for this facility is shown since <br /> the presence of BTEX or TPH-D contamination was not detected The area of <br /> ' soil contamination appears to be limited, with constituents detected at MW-2, <br /> MW-3 and B-1 only <br /> 1 Tabulated data for all monitoring wells including groundwater elevations <br /> collected to date; <br /> ' The physical data for all of the monitoring wells located at the facility can be <br /> found in the monitoring well data summary (Table 1) This summary table <br /> includes all groundwater elevations collected to date A program was initiated <br /> ' in June 1992 in which the groundwater elevations will be measured on a <br /> monthly basis <br /> i <br /> LMLISY132 3110179 REV 3 <br /> 2 <br />
